Rocco J. Alexander joined Peabody & Buccini in 2023 as a Partner, following 20 years successfully defending healthcare providers in Orange County. Mr. Alexander has successfully handled numerous cases from inception through trial with a focus on professional liability and medical malpractice. Mr. Alexander’s goal is to obtain a successful resolution of the case as soon as practical, while being prepared to defend cases through trial when necessary. Mr. Alexander is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California and the Southern District of the United States.

Mr. Alexander obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University. His interest in law began while interning for Judge Dumanis in the San Diego Superior Court. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2002.

Mr. Alexander is a member of the San Diego Defense Lawyers, supports the Southern California Association of Healthcare Risk Management, and is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
