Patrick Ludeman joined Peabody & Buccini LLP as a partner in 2019. While Mr. Ludeman’s primary focus is the defense of healthcare providers, he maintains a diverse practice with both litigation and transactional clients. Mr. Ludeman’s practice areas have included healthcare law, commercial and business litigation, employment law defense, and products liability. Mr. Ludeman also advises and counsels numerous small businesses on all aspects of business formation, contract drafting and disputes, employment law compliance, risk management and trademark and licensing issues.

Mr. Ludeman attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated with honors in 2004 with a dual degree in Communications and Law & Society. He received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2008, where he was a member and contributor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal.

Mr. Ludeman was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008, and is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In his spare time, Mr. Ludeman is an avid golfer, cheers for his hometown Portland Trailblazers and Oregon Ducks, and enjoys spending time with his family and dog.
