Garrett Parsons joined Peabody & Buccini as an Associate Attorney in 2025. Mr. Parsons received a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of San Diego, and earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law (“CWSL”). Mr. Parsons defends hospitals and healthcare professionals against accusations related to medical malpractice, elder abuse, and dependent adult abuse.

During law school, Mr. Parsons was Associate Editor of the International Law Journal and a member of the CWSL Competitive Advocacy Program. Mr. Parsons was awarded the Gordon & Holmes Scholarship for outstanding oral advocacy in interschool competitions and was recognized as “Best Advocate” by the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association in the 2023 SDDL Mock Trial Competition. Additionally, Mr. Parsons was inducted into the Public Service Honors Society and was recognized on the CWSL Dean’s Honor List.

Prior to becoming an Associate Attorney, Mr. Parsons extemed for the Hon. Karen S. Crawford. United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California.

Outside of the office, Mr. Parsons is an active member the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. Furthermore, Mr. Parsons acts as volunteer coach for the CWSL Competitive Advocacy Program.
