Kate Low joined Peabody & Buccini in 2023. Ms. Low was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005 and has concentrated her practice on the defense of medical malpractice and professional liability actions ever since. She is admitted to practice in all California State and Federal courts. Ms. Low has extensive experience in the development and execution of successful defense strategics throughout all stages of litigation, including through trial. Ms. Low regularly provides counsel to health care providers and entities regarding litigation strategy and effective techniques for risk and conflict management.

Ms. Low was awarded a lull legal scholarship to attend California Western School of Law in 2002 after graduating from University of San Diego.
